A fragmented dream, of course. Michael, Jeremy and I had decided to go for something to eat. I'd already been wanting Burrito Boys, so I was headed there anyway. We were walking along Bloor, and Michael and I had switched shoes. Me into his pointy tan shoes, and he in my red DCs. We went into a restaurant that was some kind of short cut to get there. Michael was up ahead, and Jeremy and I followed down a narrow space between the outside wall that faced the street, and the stools at the bar of the restaurant. There was lots of sunlight streaming in, and the place was colourful. Jeremy was walking on my left, and playing with my ear absentmindedly, but affectionately. We turned right, past some buffet food in the narrow passage, left, and into the main part of this restaurant, which was now supposed to be our destination. I wasn't pleased because it was a sushi place, and I still wanted the burritos. Michael wanted to stay, but I figured Jeremy would stick with me. We went out to the parking lot, Michael reluctantly, where we couldn't really make up our mind. Jeremy and I got into a grey van, and Jeremy started to drive away. I was mostly concerned with my shoes that Michael was still wearing. We drove around a bit.
Later, Jeremy and I were waiting in a doctor's office where there was woman, and a middle-aged looking man with a regular sized head and a very small body. He wasn't wearing much, and he was hunched over and shivering. I thought to give him my hoodie, but figured that he must be able to get more clothing if he wanted it. Or at least a blanket from the doctor. There were two more men like him on the counter of the receptionist's desk, but it looked as though they had a more advanced version of whatever the first guy had. They were much smaller in body, not wearing any clothes, and on all fours on the desk facing each other and growling. It was like there were dogs or something. They were kind of exploring each other carefully, like animals would do. They stopped growling after a bit when they were more familiar with each other, and one seemed to lick the other one's neck. Suddenly they were cats, not men, and the doctor said to me that he wished he had the freedom of not thinking of them as humans. I seemed to be lying down now, and I picked up one of the cats and placed it on my chest. A soon as I did this, it was as though I was receiving thousands of tiny shocks from the cat's contact with my body. The other one jumped up on me too, and the same thing happened. The doctor explained to me that these two cats had very psychic energy, but when I asked if that could be communicated physically, told me it was impossible.
Next, I was on the subway to work. Jeremy was there again, but pretending to ignore me. I think he just wanted attention. he was sitting on an end seat with his left cheek pressed up against the plexiglass partition, and I was standing on the other side. I think I kissed the other side, or drew on it or did something that eventually made him smile. Mandy was there too, sitting on the other side behind a table. I was seated beside her or a while, but had a bunch o papers out. Working on something I imagine. There was someone else on the train too... someone with whom I was going to breakfast with. We had to get off at the last stop, unlike Mandy who had to get off at the second last one. I think she was just following me though, as she didn't noticed that she'd gone too far until we stopped at this little last place where I was to disembark. It reminded me of the little Ferry Docks stop on the streetcar from Union Station.
All I remember.
